Well it is almost 4 weeks since my knee replacement. Things were Coming along nicely until yesterday when I was being a good girl and sitting on my walker sorting thru some junk from under the bathroom cabinet. Got rid of one garbage can full and was starting the second one. Locked the wheels on the walker like any good little old lady would do and when I went to sit down realized the walker was farther behind me than I thought. Did not want to fall on my butt so I gave a push back with my feet and it felt like someone shot me in the right thigh. Took my breath away and thought I was going to pass out. Made it to the freezer for the ice pack and then to the couch for pain pill. The pain is way above my knee so I think it pulled a muscle. Back on the couch for another day but thankful it did not hurt my knee. Mad at myself but the stay at home life is not for me. Hopefully back to work in two more weeks......
