Well, it was an interesting day at the Dublin Pet Fair Event! There were lots of great people set up there, including lots of pet rescue groups. Met wonderful people and got slurped on by dozens of cute pooches! However, the wind got so bad that many people started to pack up early. We finally gave up around 4:10, about 50 minutes early. This after Marc spent at least 2 hours holding on to the tent to try to minimize the damage. All my frames were damaged in one way or another and the wind broke the tent, had to leave it there in the trash. The wind got so strong it actually snapped one of the metal poles! It looked like we had sawed it off. Oh well, it was a sunny day, not raining as they had predicted, and hopefully some of the people who chatted with us today will call for some portraits. Besides, it is never a lost day when you can spend some time being loved on by tiny little puppies! Im not sure who was the cutest, Bo, the 8 week old husky poodle mix, or Big Earl, the Burmese Mountain Dog! Gonna have to go with Bo, he liked me and had a great time giving me kisses, Big Earl was cute but he was more interested in leaving than saying hello to anyone.
