Well its been a busy week. I baked a piece of pickled pork earlier this week, when it cooled I wrapped it in bread dough & baked it. Recipe will be in Nonnas Apron Blog. Then, sick of thinking what to do for dinner tonight ( yes, I often have nights like that, even though I love cooking. ) I remembered the leftover pickled pork, aka Ham! With a few eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, baked beans, toast & O.J. A Big Brekkie for dinner.
