Well its been a few days now since the merger of Charity Chain and Cheshire Maverick and youve probably seen my name dotted about here and there so i really should tell you guys a little about myself. I have been cycling for a little over 5 years now, i started out on a mountain bike and migrated to a road bike about 2 and a half years ago. Joining Charity Chain gave me the opportunity to help people whilst doing what i love to do, it was a no brainer. I helped Andrew Cooper grow Charity Chain into something others wanted to be a part of. I am a qualified ride leader having been trained by bike right through Transport For Greater Manchester cycling initiative and i am in the process of becoming the Bike Champion at my work place. Merging with Cheshire Maverick has allowed me to see my ambition for Charity Chain become a reality and Im looking forward to the future of our club.
