Well its been a very rough week. Lukas has been sick with fever, runny nose and cough for 5 days and the ER said it was a virus and to give him tylenol and motrin. Yesterday he developed new symptoms like a rash and a worse cough and diarrhea. Doc said it was an intestinal virus which caused the rash so just keep giving him tylenol. A few hours later his face started to get swollen then his body. I call nurse and she told me to check his tongue, so I did and that was also starting to swell so she told me to call an ambulance. They poked him twice just to get blood, but that came back normal. They said it was just a cause from the virus and no allergic reaction just give him benadryl. So this morning he has started to look like himself but is losing his voice from all the crying and cough , but his fevers have gone down. Thank god!
