Well, its official. Weve received our first negative comment on Facebook. I knew this day would come eventually, we were flying high on cloud nine for far too long:) Please know that we really do make every attempt to provide a pleasant shopping experience to every customer that walks through the doors, occasionally we may not live up to your expectations and I apologize for that. If you find an item in the store that is incorrectly priced we will honour it as long as the tag is for the exact same item - sometimes customers put products back in the wrong home and the price tag may appear to be wrong but its actually for a different item. This sucks, and can lead you to believe that a product is a different price, but in fact the tag is for a different product altogether. Im not in business to rip people off (seriously), Im in business to provide a service to people. If you ever feel you have not received the service you expect in our store please call me and Id be happy to try and solve your problem, or explain how our policies work.
