Well its the noting after the night and day before. My head feels fine and I feel great. I chatted away to Euan Burton about the team Scotland kilts and opening an hiding in tents,hung out with Rpss Murdoch and Held Hi Gold Medal and selfies with Tom Daley...oh and I danced in the middle of Hampden park in front I around 40,000 people. My total in house audience dance number now 85,000 people. Eeeeeeep. Walk about was epic ad I am going to miss all my marshals so much. New friendships forged I never want to forget.
