Well it’s over and done and we are looking forward. I notice and felt a closeness of our class that was stronger than ever. Those that came were reward enough for me and I’m the lucky one as I get to commutate and keep up with everyone. I even got to sign a couple of Annuals fifty years late so I guess I’m finally a friend. The reunion was great. And I did have a little help. Thank you Sara and Toni. I believe they had the most fun picking out the wine. Thank You Darlene for the name tags even if some couldn’t read them Font size 8. Thanks Braxton and Randy for helping me with Beer and sodas. Thanks Beverly Mohler for doing the fruit trays for me. Thanks Ray DeHoyos for the booze. Thank you Oscar for Cooking ribs and fajitas. Thanks Ginger just because you are sweet. She came home today got my annual and went through the class one by one telling how she liked each one. And how much fun she had. (I get to go to her 50th next year. . Well last but not least for Sure thanks to Wayne and your buddy Skip. Buddy you put the icing on the cake. Just a little sorry you had to work so hard. I had comment after comment what a great job you did. Love to All. Here is a message I got from Marilyn today. (Please thank Wayne for sending the wonderful food to Howard and me. We puréed mine and it was delicious for lunch today. I had chicken fried steak, corn, and homemade beans. Mackie brought it to me yesterday evening. So thank Wayne and Oscar and anyone else who cooked. And special thanks to you and Toni for organizing what even for me was a great 50th reunion! I really appreciated my visitors!) Later (about a month) will have a Memorial service again for her friends. Some are wanting more, so watch your e-mails. We are invited to a ’63 ‘64 ’65 reunion next year (More later). Several are wanting to take a cruise so watch for info via E-Mail. Maybe a dinner in the spring. San Antonio, Dallas, or Ruidoso and maybe all.
