Well, just found out that Neurosurgery at UVA said my MRI is too old and they needed the new one for me to be seen. Im not mad, just tired. So, now because of Centra Health not processing my MRI yesterday I will have to go another month and a half in horrible pain and uncertainty. Ive been falling and really needed to see him but what can I do? Ill have to call Anthem in a little while to get them working on prior authorizations again and I will be calling radiology administration because they have made a mess for me that I am having to clean up.
