Well, last day here in Berastagi, and tomorrow we head down the mountain again to the city of Medan, where we will overnight there and then its homeward bound. We have had a pleasant day to day with a drive to Lake Toba, which is 50kms from here, but wait....... that 50 kms equates to a 2.5hr drive on a goat track of a road which is classified as a main highway, but it is full of pot holes, live stock. roosters, dogs and motor bikes. I have become an extremely good back seat passenger, keeping my mouth shut, only to sing when things look scary. You guessed it....there was much to sing about there and back!!!!!!!
