Well like all good things they come to an end, such as my time here in beautiful California. Soooo many emotions running through my head, the feeling of wanting it never to end but yet the feeling of getting back to normal is tugging at me as well. I am blessed that my family was with me for this trip and the experiences we shared WILL LAST A LIFETIME, thanks be to God. I want to thank my brothers for making a sacrifice out of their day to see me, El Vato Loco Eddie Olivo, Slim Shady Mik-E Michael Witzel and last but definitely not least the fighting Irishman Brian Fahey, much love for you homies, Semper Fidelis! The fact that my nephew Noah D. Rios chose to join our beloved Marine Corps makes my chest swell with pride, unless u have been through what it takes to earn that prestigious title, U WOULDNT UNDERSTAND, so welcome to brotherhood Marine, NEVER let that TITLE tarnish, keep it as Shiny & Clean as your brass, Hoo Rah! Excited my Ashlyn Rios got to see where she was born and spent the first part of her life living, Cali born but Texas raised. Excited that my only son, Caleb, received a new found respect for what his cousin and I dedicated a portion of our lives to, giving our lives to this great nation so our way of life is ALWAYS protected, so much so that he says well, Cheyenne Coleman Rios and I will be back in Cali in2 yrs for his graduation, well see! My lil bombas, Camryn, says shes gonna join just to be a drill instructor, lol, if u know her, u know thats a possibility! Well California thanks for the memories, good weather and awesome time but my SEMPER FIDELIS is in Texas, God Bless the U.S.A. and The MARINES, Big Daddy Rios is out, Not as Lean, Not as Mean but ALWAYS a effen MARINE!!!
