Well, many peeps seem to be unhappy with the Miss New York win at Miss America this week. I can tell you exactly how she won. A little something called Rapport. At any given time, were communicating more than were saying! In fact, our non-verbal communication is far more meaningful that the words we use. This is the break down: words 7%, Tonality 38%, Physiology 55%!!! (This is just fact people) The basis of Rapport is that when people are like each other, they tend to like each other. REMEMBER that Rapport is a process of responsiveness, and not necessarily Liking Rapport is established by pacing and leading Miss New York was pacing and leading all over that stage (things you wouldnt have even noticed if you didnt know what she was doing). Proximity is also very important (watching her on TV will give you a very different experience than sitting there live where the sensory acuity really comes into play). This is proven science and our new Miss America Kira Kazantsev is going to knock her year out of the park if she continues to do this!! This is very teachable. I have used it for years, and have only won oh 300 or so Pageants, Model Searches, and Fitness Competitions all over the world. It has also helped me to build a very successful business of my own and has landed me on magazine covers, TV, radio as well as produced a soon to be best selling book ;) I am the EXPERT the experts come to when they are looking for that edge to win more pageants, clients, jobs, and even get through some college interviews... Its very cool stuff...
