Well, my computer is dying a slow death, so Ill post the pic of the one I had on my phone. This one is a frozen smore bite. Graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache and homemade marshmallow fluff, drizzled with caramel sauce. Well, a soft caramel sauce, I know the difference now!! ;) I scooped them into balls and froze them - they were good but the best ones were lemon meringue smores- lemon curd, graham cracker crust and the fluff - those were gorged and gone before any photos could be taken! ;)
