Well my facebook friends and family members, the ole ditch is cleaned once again for the year. My neighbor, Kyler ( 9 years old) had to come over and help. He is a great kid, enjoy spending time with him. For his reward in helping me, turned him loose on the backhoe for about an hour, he is really getting good, dug a good size hole with the dirt of to the side in a neat pile, teaching him about safety and basic operations. We still need to work on backfilling and back dragging, all in time. Now I can kick back and relax, watch some NASCAR and do my laundry. I have to head back to Huntington WV tomorrow.
