Well my shoulder its actually much worse than we had thought. Not just an issue with the shoulder ball and socket, but the clavical is severely deformed as well, this is new, something I didnt know before. The Dr today can only treat asymptotically, with injections directly into the joint and pain meds. He hes refereed me to a specific shoulder specialist who is top in the eastern united states. He is the guy who would do the surgery, which isnt just a simple replacement at this point. It will also consist of cutting back and filling down of the clavical plus more. Minimum 6 month recovery. Its official, I can no longer work and already have restrictions on what I can do because bone is rubbing on bone now creating bone spurs. This Dr said physical therapy is useless and actually causes more problems than it does good. I did get an injection today, should kick in within 48 hours to dull some pain. Waiting on specialist to call me in 1 to 2 weeks, then see if my parents are good enough to take me all the way to Columbus. Looks like a long road ahead of me.
