Well on one of hottest days of the year, i decided to adorn my swimming shorts, went down to the beach with the full intentions of going in too the sea. It was sweltering, i trotted down, left the old converse on, let the sea come over my feet, & it was freezing. It is my metabolism, i just do not do cold water.
