Well our experimental social/car boot has been and gone. Despite organising it to a well tried and tested successful formula Ive got to admit that I was more than a little dissapointed at the turnout...especially for the two other members who turned out to sell having travelled some distance to do so. With loads of items on offer including stuff that peeps have recently posted wanteds for only two other couples came along to buy. Despite threats of death from my wife if I bought anything Istill managed to spend £5 on a lightweight trolly for my loo cassette. With a grand total of £9 in sales and £4 spent on coffee and bacon butties at least I made a profit. Also had a great crack with fellow enthusasts.
