Well remember back last year this time my jeep got totaled cuz a car hit the trailer i was towing well they said it was my fault for failure to yield even though the kid was in a posted 45 zone left 30 or more feet of skid marks yet still hit me at a estimated speed of 45 so he was doing 45 skidded 30 feet or better and still hit me doing 45 ?????? ya i dont think so so i brought it to jury trial and guess what it was today and i got the failure to yield dismissed do to no one showed up ya cuz they know they was in the wrong and the cop was there standing in the court room so they asked me before they dismissed it how i plea and i was like say what what you mean and he said are you guilty or not guilty i said not guilty and he said well sense no one else showed up i gotta dismiss it ya becuz there is no way you can be doing 45 skid 30 feet and still be doing 45 and i mean dark black skid marks of equal length and darkness so there is no way the jury would find me guilty .so it never made it there they was hoping i would change my plea lmfao
