Well....removing six inches of soil, pouring javex on the area, filling area with pine needles, sprinkling it with $20.00 Critter Ridder, and then $100.00 worth of rocks - still has not deterred the neighbours 3 cats from using my front area as a litter box. Now they poop and pee on top of the rocks. Today I googled more ways to rid the cats and the smell, so poured 2 bottles of vinegar on the rocks and crushed 4 boxes of mothballs and sprinkled it on top of the rocks. Tomorrow, covering the whole think in wire fencing. If all this fails....
