However, the clear task spelled out in the Statement of Work is an evidence-based review of the literature. By definition, that rules out taking into account anecdotal patient stories or comments. The Statement of Work, in effect, prohibits giving weight to patient input because that would be outside the scope of the evidence-based review. Clever, isn’t it?
