Well said! Social Media has its place, its a way of connecting with people I wouldnt normally be able to connect with on a regular basis. I have genuine friends all over North America and Europe that I wouldnt be able to chat with if it werent for facebook, for example. BUT I schedule my time for facebook. I dont get sucked into the vortex. It wasnt always that way, but videos like this one have made me aware as well as the personal development books Ive read on Productivity and Time Management. Ive also learned to turn off ALL notifications in my life including email. I even turn off the ringer on my landline. If its an emergency...my family can text or phone my cell and thats the only notification I have set to ring. Try it....Its life changing! I dare ya! :)
