Well that was a gig I wont forget any time soon. Winds were crazy at Parks Alive! Kerry Park stage tonight. My set was a blustery day for sure! Then Songwriters Stewdio was up, we had some great fun getting the kids up ro participate and then..... out went the Power. They couldt get it back on soooo Loni says hey lets grab the acoustic instruments and so we did, we stepped out to the audience and did some song, made up a silly song about having no Power in the Park, and even had a bunch of people join us ! so we just kept going , they cancelled the rest of the show and we played and as more people came up to participate we slowly left them to it to continue hanging out and playing ! Well we are all about community and collaboration and spontaneity ! and every element was there. One little guy was so adorable and he just jumped right in and joined us on shaker! he had great rythm and was so fun, he kept saying how much fun he was having and then he requested that the accordian player play the Mario theme song LOL it was awesome. Thank you to every one of you who came out to support this fun crazy evening.
