Well, that was an extremely large developmental meet! If I said it once, said it two dozen times! And at the end of the meet the Missouri Valley region President came up to me and said it was the biggest he had seen in the 20 yrs hes been doing it. Thats saying a lot because there used to be just one developmental meet and it was called the Maurice Green developmental meet and he personally showed for each annual meet! We brought home a lot of medals and had a good day overall in our first meet out this season. Proud of all the hard work and determination the kids put out. I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did. :) Though, gotta say, that was one very tough meet. It really was more like a District Qualifier. We probably wont see that depth of competition at the KS qualifier. And for the most part, we pretty much seen most of the competition today that will be at the MO qualifier. OK, rest up, God bless!
