Well, that was embarrassing. I rocked up to the Bikram studio, thinking Id bought 20 classes for £20 earlier in the year, only to find out it was £20 for 20 days. The ladies were so lovely and offered me a free class, but I burst into tears, put my boots back on and hightailed it out of there, after apologising for my nutso-ness. Then I pulled over into a quiet car park on the way home and bawled my eyes out. Im proud of myself for showing up for it, even though I was reluctant. Frankly, the cost of one class would pay for a months gym membership, so its out of my reach until Im back in employment. Thats ok, you dont have to go to a class to do yoga. Ill just do sun salutations at home and have a hot shower afterwards. Im more fragile than Id thought so its probably better for me to practice at home for a few weeks. Its ok.
