Well that was just incredible! Not only was the concert well received but the response was spectacular! On the way to the prison I decided to copy some literature from a biker ministry including some verses from Romans, what it means to be a Christian, and a wee prayer too. I didnt actually get round to using it during the gig. One of the prisoners came and thanked me twice. I asked him if he read to which he replied yes. I tore the pages from my notebook, explained what they were and told the guy I felt it was for him to read when he was in a quiet place. On the way out of the prison wing, where we packed the pa into the van, the same prisoner appeared at the nearby window behind six inch thick glass with a small metal grate from where I could hear him shout, You saved me today! I went to the window and said, I only showed you the way brother. There is only one who saves, but now its up to you to follow him. He will lead you to glory. He thanked me and gently put his fist onto one side of the six inch thick glass where I responded in kind. It truly was a humbling privilege to be a part of that mans day. I feel so blessed! Thank you Jesus!
