Well, thats over! Case Closed "NOT GUILTY" Now I have a letter this time saying I served and do not have to serve again for 1 year! Whoopieeee! I am sure I will get something in the mail by Next Aug. 27th for Jury duty again :) It was a pretty cool case, and yes I can talk about it now that it is over the judge gave us permission. I even talked to the Defendant after and of course gave him the Mother Lecture. He seems like a nice kid, just in with the wrong mix. Hopefully he turns his life around. He knows he is lucky that the "Evidence" Just wasnt there for the Prosecuting side for us to convict him. I even told him so.
