Well the Lake Steilacoom Lancers Mighty Mites season is over, we lost our playoff game, but a hard fought game. MANY positive moments and a little emotional one for me when I tried to avoid my turn for speech after the game, cuz I knew I was going to get choked up and what to really say. The team battled hard for us coaches this year. Many adversities. Our 1st and 2nd graders developed a toughness from facing all 4th grader teams with the big help from their big brothers and sisters 3rd and 4th graders. We learned a lot of our selves this year, how tough we were and that we can hang. Im already looking towards next year, I am excited to get the off season work off and running. To our players and personnel moving on to other great places to spread the Lancer love that OUR team had developed to other teams you may play and coach on. I wish you the very best of hard work and dedication, not luck. One thing I told the boys all year, where do leaders lead from? MIGHTY MITES THROW YOUR L UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!See you next year guys!
