Well the contractor thought the all-in-one washer/dryer would be best in 2nd bathroom in the hallway, but he said off the top of his head it would cost $8,000 to $8,500 due to wired and having to replace the floors and such, and I told him are you serious that is way to high thanks but no thanks! Monty did find out some information about the all-in-one washer/dryer, that you can by an accessory kit that you can put a type of hose on it and attach to the kitchen sink faucet and another hose that can drain into the sink, so that is what we will do if and when the house sells and that Condo is still for sale! Still waiting on the Realtor to list the house, and it better happen soon, since my per-approved mortgage loan is only good for 3 months and that will be up about the 2nd week of September!
