Well the drift rods are progressing well with 17 out today and more to come for the next few meetings .the racing was fast and unpredictable with lots of overtaking and battles for places spread across the field of cars and people taking different lines each lap to see what works along with those less experienced drivers making the whole thing entertaining as no one knows where there going to end up or who there going to take with them which makes the whole thing fun to watch and interesting to race . A lot of non contact racing is quite serious and often processional one your in a group of cars its often a long line with little chance of overtaking but not the Drift rods , its a comedy cross between Bangers and a hot rods but cost a quarter of both and if your Lucky they might just last a few meetings . Eathan proved that you can pick up a car on Thursday night strip it on Friday night and build it by 830 Saturday night and race it Sunday as he did with that merc estate .Its inevitable that we will be racing every meeting so dont let the limited amount of dates in the program put you off Im sure that will be adjusted by next meeting wont it Keith !
