Well the waiting is over Plaza pals and I can reveal one of the exciting changes taking place at YOUR PLAZA as its time for OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE EVEN OLDER…..Its 7th October 2014 and 82 years ago our Stockport’s 1932 Art Deco Super Cinema and Variety Theatre opened in a blaze of glory and her emblem and logo was the beautifully designed ‘PLAZA P’ which adorned signage and has been replicated at times by ourselves in the last few years…. As we celebrate the magnificent ongoing restoration of our Art Deco home of Big Screen and Live Entertainment we have reviewed our branding and could think of no better way to truly represent our much loved venue than with the replication of our 1930s emblem which from hence forth will be emblazoned on our printed material and all future reprints of seasonal brochures and publicity items. So here Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls we are proud to present our NEW/OLD/NEW Logo which will serve as well for many more years to come…
