Well the work has started on the house, all the carped has been pulled out and sits curbside tonight, I got some bad news when we found the wood floors on the second floor were really crappy. So now the question carpet or new wood floors....... Not going to be a ton of money since its going to cost $1600.00 for the plumbing in the basement but better then the estimate $4500.00 estimate from Dots plumber.... I also got the first water bill with only 2 days of being a home owner.
