Well there is an absolute shocker - Jet2 have changed the timing of our flight from Faro on Sunday 10th August and now leaving us with a horrendous travel schedule for our event in Edinburgh. If we get any form of flight delay we will be struggling to get to the gig. When asked the following, this was the responses:- 1. Can we change from Faro to Glasgow to Malaga to Glasgow - answer - No? 2. Can we get a refund because you have changed our flight and it is now no longer suitable for our travel needs - answer - No It just reiterates how bad some companies are at not helping their customers. Think twice before you book with jet2. What a disgrace!!! When I told the customer service agent that I will put this on facebook - she wished me luck!! Please like and share!!!
