Well......this weekend was great. I got to see family who I havent seen in YEARS. I also got my ass chewed(lol) by some of the families elders for not keeping in contact like I should have.....and i took that one to the chin because she was right. I was introduced to some of the families new additions and even endured hundreds of jokes about how I used to carryon as a baby/kid/pre-teen, lol. I got my cheeks pinched, lmao......I got to see mom dukes sit at the piano and do what she does........I got to eat good.......i got up with a cousin who i HAVE to go see do his thing the next time im in Richmond..... I got to goto church with moms.......I got up with another cousin who who currently in the music industry (and has been for a very long time) who (even though I have zero desire to record) wants to take me around and introduce me to people for no other reason than, weve got the same blood runnin through our veins.........Everytime somebody called me, they called me my REAL nickname (JD)......Smiles were shown.....tears were shed......good times were had. Aint nothing like family......... Oh yeah........GM, Facebook.
