Well to all of those who said I was pushing the envelope, well you were right. Last Friday I over did it with moving a few things that were just a little too heavy for me and yes I re-injured my back again and have been off work for past couple of days. I have done the Chiropractor thing with the Heat & Tens treatment also, still cant stand for more than half an hour but hopefully after a few more treatments and bed rest for 5 days I will be able to get back to work by Tuesday. Of course I knew better & its totally my fault but had to get things done, so now I am just hoping that I can recover sooner than later...going to be a very quiet weekend!
