Well today I witnessed apples very very poor customer service. I came into store a complete novice to be told I had to book an appointment and girl pointed to a laptop and made some comment. Not being familiar I struggled with the system . When I asked for assistance she drew me a strange look an again muttered something which was inaudable. I then stood , looked around and proceeded to ask another assistant for help , she noted my problem and said I needed to see a genius! Great! 1 hour later a young man took my I phone 5 from me and I told him that the power button was not working and keeps dropping out of signal. . Quick diagnostics was done and quote of phone seems to be ok. Eh its not!! .oh sorry sir yes the power button doesnt work either. Another flick of the I pad to tell me my phone is 4 days out of warranty. Sorry sir nothing we can do .. Basically I paid £600 pound for a phone to last a year! ... I,d say poor.. Again like many people we have 5 I phones and 3 I pads within our house. This is not good service and as Christmas being so near our 2 youngest will not be getting the laptops from Apple they so want. I will not give the company anymore business ever again and as for the pierced assistant. God help us !
