Well today is my official 1 week weigh in. Drumroll please........................ Im down 15.4 pounds my first week!!!! From 379.6lbs to 364.2lbs.... Not bad if I may say so. I had lost a couple more but due to being stuck at the hospital & eating vending machine food (not good idea) a couple came back! But Im def happy with my results & well on my way. Thanks to all who keep me motivated & going 😁😁😁🎉🎉🎉
