Well today was an interesting day when we went to pay our rent we left our house turned the corner and our tire blew so we had our neighbor help us put on our donut because apparently we have a jack but a piece to it is missing so we couldnt use our jack then we got that on and I had to call places to get prices on tires so on our way to get the the tires our low fuel popped up so then as we were on our way to deposit the rent into our landlords bank we find out we were missing the account number on top of this we find out the faucet on the outside of our house the blocker is broke so we have a steady stream going on in our front yard and its flooding that part of our yard is our landlord going to fix it god knows if he will or not it will probably be another thing Ill have to fork up the money for because he is to busy to deal with his properties that have tenants in them he only has time to work on the ones that dont have tenants in them its an easy fix go to Home Depot buy the part give it to us and we will put it on or you can do it I dont care if you have a job I pay my rent every month and barely bother you I dont threaten to not pay if you dont fix something I pay it every month on time I dont dilly dally and screw you over Im a good tenant so stop treating me like crap btw also when are you going to remove that wood that has nails in it thats in my backyard that you told me I couldnt give away something because then Id be stealing from you its been sitting there all winter its a danger to my son hoe would you feel if he fell on them and hurt himself your father left it there when he fixed my fence
