Well today was supposed to be - GO TO SCHOOL- day. Someone in their infinite wisdom decided that today sometime between 8-4.30 they would come and install a smart meter. They would like my dog restrained- for how long anyones guess- not happening. So no school- 8 came,10 came 12 came and thats it I thought. Time to be productive. Into the bedroom pot of plaster- FOR THE WALLS!!!- plastered walls then decided to prepare toilet walls as well. On a roll. Man finally arrives- needed to turn the power off. No way woman power was going off- sanding commenced. Finally both rooms plastered, sanded, wiped down, vacuumed and ready for painting- when I get around to buying some. Showered with glasses on- only way to have scratch free glasses with all that plaster on them. Now what colour- hmmm feature wall or not? Same in both rooms! Too many decisions tomorrow I will take the easy way out and go to school.
