Well tomorrow my sweet girl will face one of her toughest battles this far... She will begin high dose chemo called ICE which is the second strongest chemo regiment given for neuroblastoma... This will be tough on her because it is not only high dose but also because her counts have never recovered from radiation and what we know from the bone marrow results is that her counts wont recover because her marrow is full of disease... So the only way to make room for new cells is to wipe out this disease from her marrow which means she will begin chemo with no immune system! My sweet girl needs your prayers now more than ever... We need you to pray for protection over her body during and after chemo! Pray that her body handles chemo with no side effects and the stem cell boost she will receive after chemo will work and work quickly to help her recover! We will probably be here until the end of the year but we will make the most of it! We are not going to let chemo or this horrible disease rob us of our joy! We are thankful we will be together as a family during the holidays no matter where we spend it! During this time visitors will need to be very limited due to her immune system being at the lowest it has ever been! We simply cannot chance her catching anything as her body will not be able to fight off something as simple as a common cold! She has been feeling great these past few days and we are so thankful her beautiful smile is back;) Pray she continues to feel good... Believe with us for a miracle... Prayers being miracles... Nothing Is Impossible!!!
