Well tonight is something weve been really looking forward too. For over fifteen years, pianist and composer Gordon Lee has graced our stage both with Mel Browns Septet and with his own ensembles. And every time he has brought wonderful musicianship, excellent playing and a great sense of humor. And tonight he will be inducted into the Jazz Society of Oregons Hall of Fame! Congratulations Gordon, you are the example that jazz musicians should follow.
