Well, wasnt how i intended my day to go today as Ive got a lot to do for my costume for Wizard this weekend and for getting stuff done with Brad Zonka for MaskFest in 2weeks. But it was a day well spent. IL DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE - ANIMAL HEALTH & SAFETY has responded to my complaint against PetSmart Bolingbrook, IL I filed on Friday. The investigator contacted me and spent about an hour on the phone going over the details, etc. I was then told hed call me back so I was kinda stuck at home waiting, but he called back and went over a few more things. I dont know what the outcome will be but its great that it seems to be being taken quite seriously. Those unaware, i went in the store last Wednesday and noticed their birds were in very bad shape and concerned for their well being; but ours too, as if it was a case of psittacosis, it is transferable to humans and can be deadly for all.
