Well, we FINALLY got our internet issue lined out. Seems as though over the past several months, our internet has been waning somewhat. We would get on and usually within 20 or 30 minutes, wed be kicked off by it going down. Frustration would of course ensue and aggravation would soon follow. When we got wifi installed here several weeks ago, it all seemed to get worse. After numerous calls to TWC and several attempts on fixing it, it was the same ole same ole. Finally, I called one day, thoroughly pissed and they sent a tech out within a couple days. After he tested this and tested that, and calls to the office, he had a light bulb moment and asked to see the wires in the basement. Come to find out, it was a faulty splitter. OMG, all my anger and pissed offness, was due to something so trivial as a splitter. He took it out and we havent had trouble since. Nice job TWC tech guy. Everyone was rather nice at TWC, everyone tried their hardest to try and alleviate the problem, which I appreciate. We should be good to go now.
