Well we are at our Hotel (Hotel Somerset At Bridge water) in Somerset New Jersey. Our room was more than adequate, the beds, though small are quite comfortable. It offers a flat screen t.v., a mini fridge a small but decent bathroom and air conditioning. My hubby, daughter and I did research on the hotel online and I can safely say that half of the amenities that they say they offer are less than stellar. The web page said they bring clean robes to your room daily and we have not been offered any such thing. They say they offer a hot tub and indoor pool, which do not even work. They are supposed to provide fast speed internet, which you can upgrade if not satisfactory. The only way that I can get on here is the fact that my hubby and daughter are not using it at this time. By the way, upgrading which cost 9.00 for 3 days did absolutely no good what so ever, as a matter of fact they do not even have an Ethernet port here at all, which they claim to have. We still can not get online to play games or do much at all if more than one of us are on the computer. In the add the Hotel boast that they have a smoke free building and exterior, if so then why did I receive a pillow that wreaked of cigarette smoke. Then last but not least our service has been lack luster. I have requested a replacement pillow three separate times and have still not seen anyone with one. I also used my debit card to secure our rooms on line and was told that my hubby would be allowed to then cover the actual cost of our rooms with his card once we actually got here to check in, needless to say instead of charging his which he presented they charged mine which I am very upset about. The moral of this story is, no matter how much you research a Hotel, you do not necessarily receive what you were promised! So please be careful when booking your rooms.
