Well, we are blanketed with a bunch of white stuff, yup snow all around. It hasnt been around in awhile, but it decided to come the evening of the ninth of November. It is eight degrees out there this Veterans Day November 11. twenty fourteen. A little cooler today than yesterday.and it is supposed to be that way for a while. We got our water tanks topped off a few hours before the snow came so we made it just in time before the brunt of the cold weather comes. Now hoping the propane truck can get up here in the next couple of days and then things will be good. Our wood is in so at least that is taken care of. My Suzuki is at a friends getting some dents taken care of and then he is going to paint it so thats cool. Things should slow down a bit now after the winter starts and maybe it will start now or we can get cold weather and then it might warm up a bit, always hard to say. The deer are coming in with the snow and I imagine I will see more of them if the snow and cold continue. They know where there is a free meal. LOL I do have to say it is always nice to see the wild ones. Rudy, Casey, Danny and Annie are doing great. It is Rudys favorite time of the year, a snow dog that is for sure. He is right out in it and lays down and is in heaven. He does like to run around in it. I can see him in a white cape with snow dog written on it. I have to mention that today is Veterans Day and how much we owe the ones who have fought for our country and the many who have died for her. There have always been great sacrifices for our freedom and we can thank a Veteran for them. We have a lot of wounded and disabled vets and today is just one day that we acknowledge their great sacrifices. We should show our support to all of our vets everyday. Ok, I am still trying to get caught up before everything hits at once. Have a great day my friends. Smile; it always looks good on you. Give someone a hug today and give a vet a couple of extra hugs. Always be kind. Smiles and hugs from this old cowboy on a mountainside in North Idaho. :)
