Well we finally found Stevia in store..... whoop, whoop! We are making the switch this week and we decided to try something a little different than Crystal light itself.... we went to Crystal light drops in water. The idea is to slowly break over the sweet taste and get more water without natural or unnatural sugars and we are starting to get Jason on the tea mode with us as well. Going to be some interesting health habit changes going on around here! I spendt time talking with my mentor today before cleaning her home and worked thru some of the panic attack that was going on inside me today.... glad I have a friend who gets this stuff.... I was so trying to encourage her to write a book today as a life coach.... this woman has so much left yet to give and I think today she found some fight in her yet to want to beat this next attack on Cancer she is going thru... I seen a little of that old spark come thru today in her and her sister.... maybe Im their reason to keep going!
