Well we had a busy and excellent Weekend at caergwrle Fair. We started with a parade through Caergwrle and hope with 25 of the local scouts behind us in Roman kit it was great to have them with us, and we with the rest of people from the fair once the parade was done we did some training with the new lads, photo bomb some of our lads profile photos, We took part in the tug of war against the local Medieval Welsh and Viking group were we lost two but one one we will be ready for next year to win :) :P. Also the park in the past Project released some great News that Lord Barry Jones secures land for Roman Fort and Country Park. Hanson UK Chief Executive Patrick O’Shea has donated all of the Hanson land holdings at Fagl Lane Quarry, near Hope, Flintshire to Park in The Past Community Interest Company. if your not yet heard of park in the past Project please like the page on facebook and if you want to know how to support then send them a message asking how, lets get this going and your support will help that. So like said it been a very busy weekend and I would like to say a thank you to the organisers for there hard work and like to say on behalf of the Deva Victrix/Roman Tours that we will be looking forward to next year Also a mass thank you for David Flockton for taking some great photos.
