Well what 36 hours it has been! During this time we have had, rain, hail, sleet, snow and most importantly a fine sunny day today! There are few chain showers linking up but in a southwesterly flow. This means they will be confined to the coast, although it is probable that a few of these will sneak over the city tonight and early tomorrow morning. Tonight will be chilly with a low of 4deg but tomorrow the southerly will die in the afternoon and we soon be back to..... you guessed it, a northeasterly. So for the next week it is looking for the most part settled, but as mentioned earlier there are early signs of another polar blast brewing for this time next week.
