Well what a day... Well justice is half way there they dropped the stupid mutilation and animal cruelty charge which was the only felony. Now we have to get past the the other bs charges. The PD did say during the interview with the cops they were shocked at Bray being charged with Diamonds death asked who and said they did not charge him with that, SO WHO DID? They also stated they strong armed Bray to let them in, why yes they did with guns in his face while he was in shock. Wonder if they said they did an illegal search and busted his balls trying to get him to go off. Stupid ass cops.. Bray was worried his PD would think I was stalking her since I found her on fb last night, but she was ok:-) just had to get information to her. Come to find out they drop this charge the same day I made my complaints and submitted my FOIA letter. I then went to the city county counsel to ask why I received a letter from the prosecutor stating I need to have more specifics, I was like how much more specific can you get All tapes both audio and visual, all notes from ACC to IMPD etc regarding the incident Sept 6 etc... She was not there so went to Mayors office and made another formal complaint this time on them as well. They said I needed to talk to xyz um no they work for the Mayor and in most businesses it is up to the leader to find out why people are not following the law and it is the law that I am allowed to receive all information requested unless xzy.. and I am very dishearted that I made a complaint 2 months ago and the Mayors office did not even care enough to tell me to kiss their ass or pretend to care... Then to the ACC and did get all the papers I requested 2 MONTHS AGO and what BS. You can tell they are either messed with or someone needs to train them on how to make reports. Example while talking about putting Diamond down it says they made several calls. Did not say to who... what company does not put who they tried to contact in a legal report???? I know the one that wants it to look like they called us WHICH THEY DID NOT.... Now to next Phase. No Randy I will not be doing like Fergusion. I am a little smarter than that....
