Well what a miserable day today .. Windy (very) , Cold and got colder and very low cloud .. BUT, I got my Sunday ton in and although I wanted to go over the Horseshoe Pass today , it was just too windy and I decided to be sensible and reran my ride after getting to Northop and dived for the Cheshire lanes .. I doubled back to the Cycle Path to Chester and then cut through to the back of Chester Zoo and then over to Delamere and rode through the forest and then left past the finish of the Invitation TT many years ago at Hatchmere and then towards Frodsham and up Overton and then a little loop to take in the climb past the Cubs Camp and then reran through the lanes where a guy opened his car door right in front of me .. Good job the reflexes are still good .. Bloody idiot !! Then back past Chester Zoo again and through the Wirral Lanes and home for 100 + miles and a pretty good Power Average ... My face is still glowing from the wind battering ... It was smashing to get it done , but a HORRIBLE day , I have to say ... https://strava/activities/239683327/
