Well what an adventure it has been,! an absolute roller coaster of extreme mixed emotions for everyone.From my point of view I want everyone to do well and everyone to enjoy themselves be inspired and make it a weekend they will never forget ! We all sure as hell did that.Our achievements as a team were outstanding ,firsts ,seconds,thirds ,fourths , fifths, sixths,everything !, we were large and in charge,the loudest and the proudest.I wish everyone could win but life is not like that but I promise that I was proud of everyone of our team! new friendships and bonds are forged on weekends like this.The overall standard of the show was brilliant and I saw a few physiques that blew me away ,not just me ...everyone! I wont drone on with a great speech but I would like to thank Irina Cotton ,for judging her first Major international show which is a mammoth task with a lot of pressure ,she sat at the table for 9 hours and her judging was excellent.Finally a big thank you to Gemma Lancaster who has looked after me been my wing chick santas little helper,admin sgt as well as competing !.Thanks and a massive well done to everyone.and I was pretty damm outstanding myself so three cheers for me hip hip,
